fam.py now builds complete sentences.

Now starts all sentences at a word with a capital first letter and ends them at a period, a question mark, or an exclamation.

Bumped max length to 30 words.

If the generated sentence exists in the database verbatim, creates a new one.

Added a standalone mode when run as main. Mostly for testing.
